At CARPAT GUARD we rigorously selected the team of security agents. All security guards hold a certificate of completion of the security guard course.
Carpat Guard guards are obliged to act punctually: to warn, summon, remove and immobilize foreigners trying to enter the perimeter of the objective illegally.
In extreme cases, they can request, through the dispatcher, the support of the rapid intervention crews.
Agent CARPAT GUARD will work a maximum of 12 hours per shift, thus being able to guarantee his total attention and the quality of the security service.
Periodic reporting of the security activity is part of CARPAT GUARD's relationship with its clients: security plan, minutes, register of entries, control, events, etc. are prepared and made available to customers by CARPAT GUARD.
During the contracting of our security services, we also ensure the representation of the clients in the relationship with the Police / Gendarmerie.

Standard uniform, suitable for the season, inscribed with the CARPAT GUARD logo.
The security guard is in constant communication with the dispatcher and colleagues by mobile phone and / or radio station. Always carry with you an entire system of prevention and protection:
- a rubber stick or tomfa
- low capacity irritating-tear spray
- metal detector, fire lantern
- PTT transmission-reception station, with "man down" function
- patrol round control systems
- lethal weapons (only on request and in accordance with the law)
